Registration fees include

  • Attendance certificate
  • Print-out package ( event brochure + sponsors print )
  • 3 days access to conference, workshops, presentations and exhibition area
  • Networking refreshment + meals

In case of cancellation

  • service fee 25% will be charged 4 weeks prior to event date
  • 50% of the fee will be refunded 3 weeks prior to event date
  • No refund is made after this date.
  • Bank charges are borne on participant

Cancellation and refund policy

  • ORGANIZER retains the right to change the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the Event.
  • A delegate unable to attend may be represented by another executive of his company.
  • Registration is not finalized until payment is settled.
  • Fees do not include travel expenses.

Upon settlement of registration fees, you will receive a confirmation message, with an invoice with our bank details for payment.
